JOB TITLE: Director - {TE7886026}
DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc., seeks a Director in New York, NY to drive long term vision and strategic growth case for the Alternatives franchise and formulate, communicate, and implement ongoing operating strategy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience driving tactical execution on high impact strategic initiatives working closely with executives and business leaders to identify and evaluate franchise development opportunities including new market areas and solutions; reviewing and tracking performance of the business across key aspects of the product pipeline, capital raising targets, and investment performance; investing balance sheet capital to accelerate organic growth and driving operational efficiencies with end-to-end responsibility for business plans and budget, product and platform offerings, target clients, and technology partners; delivering board presentations and management reports working with business leaders and department heads including tracking budget vs. actual, progress on key initiatives, and future strategic projects; and driving potential M&A opportunities with a focus on strategic fit / rationale, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, synergies and integration plans, to maximize value creation for the company. Salary range: $225,000.00 - $245,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
